Arlene’s provides a complete food service solution which is built around the unique needs of each school and includes on time daily deliveries, on site servers, kitchen equipment, and handling special requests such as serving in classrooms, special diets, and field trip lunches.

Fresh Matters

We believe students should be provided with food that positively contributes to overall wellness. Our produce is carefully cleaned, hand-sliced, counted, and packaged daily here at our facility to ensure freshness and quality. Never frozen. We also proudly offer 3 different salad options in addition to our hot menu entrée each day, all fully compliant reimbursable meals, and designed to provide nutrient rich and healthy alternatives.

As a school leader, food service is one area where you must rely entirely on the professionals running the operation and providing the support, then walk away. I have that with Arlene’s Cuisine. I met the team at Arlene’s a few years ago when I was the Operations Manager at a local school. As I became the Head of School at a different school and decided to revamp our food service program, Arlene’s was the first company I called.
